Job Description

C-K Control Temp is seeking a tradesman/driver with hands-on expertise, attention to detail, and a commitment to quality workmanship. This position will be involved in many aspects of the entire company, including supporting our Service lines and the home office.

• Performing installation, maintenance, and repair tasks in specified trade as applicable
• Using hand and power tools safely and efficiently
• Ensuring all work meets safety standards
• Communicating effectively with office staff and field teams
• Maintaining tools and equipment in good working condition
• Collaborating with others to complete projects
• Maintaining warehouse cleanliness and organization
• Running parts to job sites as needed (roughly 75% of position)
• Running office related needs
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma, GED required
• 3 + years’ experience in HVAC / Professional Services industry
• Knowledge of safety regulations and standards
• Proficiency in using specialized tools and equipment
• Clear Motor Vehicle Report
• Ability to drive box truck / van and rack truck
• Ability to pass company drug screen and background check
• Ability to be professional, courteous and pleasant with all internal and external clients
• Ability to act independently
• Effective interpersonal skills to represent CKCT properly to customers and other outside contacts
• Strong work ethic and reliability
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Basic math and measurement skills
• Physical stamina and ability to perform manual labor
• Ability to lift over 50 pounds
