The Role: Internal Sales Representative (ISR)
As an ISR at Rhino, you’ll provide a professional, exciting, and tailored experience to both end customers and Cisco reps through the Cisco Reseller Channel Program. You’ll build lasting relationships, identify opportunities, and drive deals from start to finish — all while thriving in a results-driven, fast-paced environment.
What You’ll Do:
· Collaborate with coworkers, management, Cisco’s Channel, and end customers to drive revenue and promote Rhino’s portfolio for bold year-over-year growth.
· Prospect, innovate in marketing, initiate trials, and deliver an exceptional customer experience through excellent product knowledge and communication.
· Manage and grow your territory, build a strong pipeline, and meet revenue goals.
· Embrace the Rhino mindset: show up eager to learn, serve everyone, enjoy the journey, and have fun doing it!
About You: Must be authorized to work in the U.S. (no sponsorship available)
You bring energy, confidence, and relationship-building skills to the table. You’re self-motivated, have a servant heart and ready to make an impact.
· Experience building and selling solutions to meet/exceed customer goals
· Understanding of Channel Sales Models
· Familiarity with Salesforce, Outlook, Excel, and a quick learner of cloud apps
· Award-worthy ability to build lasting, positive relationships
· Strong decision-making confidence
· Preferred ability to work from our Scottsdale, AZ or Asheville, NC office
