Overview

Note: Candidates must be located on the West Coast.

As a strategic and detail-oriented Instructional Design Project Manager, you will lead and manage the development and delivery of impactful learning experiences that align with client and organizational goals. Your primary focus will be on overseeing end-to-end project workflows—from intake and planning to execution and evaluation—ensuring that course materials and training programs are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with the needs of the target audience.

You will partner closely with stakeholders, subject matter experts (SMEs), and cross-functional teams to scope training needs, define project timelines, allocate resources, and monitor milestones. Your ability to manage multiple learning projects simultaneously, drive stakeholder alignment, and ensure quality assurance makes you a strong asset to any learning organization.

In addition to applying instructional design principles, you’ll guide conversations around learning strategy, manage tools such as Microsoft Project and Azure DevOps, and ensure alignment between content development and business priorities. Your leadership will be instrumental in coordinating internal and external training efforts, establishing best practices, and continuously optimizing learning project workflows.

Scope of work:

• Project managing key deliverables for the e Learning team with content and context experience in EDU/Learning.
• Leading meetings, leading conversations with key stakeholders around learning.
• Working with Microsoft Project, Azure Dev Ops for pulling the intakes from for managing these incoming needs for the team.
• Communicating effectively with all levels of the organization, from senior leaders to immediate manager and stakeholders leading and facilitating conversations for the team as PM lead.
• Develop, execute, and manage goals, deliverables as well as providing ongoing status against milestones.
