Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Insurance & Financial Services Representative at Troy Sayer - State Farm Insurance Agent, located in Eagle River, AK. The role involves providing exceptional customer service, handling insurance and financial service accounts, assisting with client inquiries, and providing guidance. The team member will also be responsible for developing and maintaining client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.

Responsibilities Include:

• Use a customer focused, needs based review process to identify concerns and educate customers about insurance options
• Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market products and services based on those needs
• Work with the agent and meet business goals
• Work with the agent to identify and support local community events in our market
• Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day

• Ability to assess customer needs and make product/service recommendations on need.
• Ability to work on-site in Eagle River, AK
• Property & Casualty License (must be able to obtain)
• Life and Health License (must be able to obtain)

Bonus Qualifications

• Sales experience (outside sales or inside sales, retail or telemarketing) preferred
• Successful track record of meeting goals/quotas preferred
• Finance & Insurance knowledge and experience is a plus
• Post Secondary education, with focus in Finance, Business, or related field
