About the Role - We are seeking an Associate Attorney for our Marietta office with 1-3 years of insurance defense experience. The responsibilities of this position include drafting, writing, researching and effective communication with clients as well as moving cases through the litigation process in accordance with court and client mandated deadlines. You will represent insurance companies in civil litigation, defending policyholders in lawsuits and negotiating settlements.
