Shoma Group is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Jr. Graphic Designer to join our in-house creative team. This is a hands-on, fast-paced role ideal for a proactive, organized creative with a passion for luxury and corporate design.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the design team to develop creative concepts for brand campaigns and marketing materials.
• Collaborate with the social media team during photoshoots, assisting with content, & more.
• Create high-quality visuals that align with campaign objectives and brand standards.
• Design a range of branded materials, including:
• Flyers, posters, and signage.
• Email marketing graphics and digital ads.
• Branded documents and presentations.
• Event collateral and promotional items.
• Assets across Shoma’s real estate and hospitality brands.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or related field
• Minimum 2 years of professional design experience
• Proven portfolio showcasing both print and digital design work
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign
• Strong understanding of print production and preparing press-ready files
• Bilingual – Spanish and English required (spoken and written)

Skills & Qualifications

• Strong sense of typography, layout, and visual consistency
• Highly proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work independently
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to take direction and incorporate feedback constructively
• Experience in real estate, hospitality, or lifestyle branding preferred
• Familiarity with digital ad specs and email marketing platforms
• Strong time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
• Video-editing experience is a plus.
