Are you passionate about pizza, cheese, and sauce? Do you have hands-on experience running a Domino’s location and a drive to take that experience to the next level? de Anda Capital is seeking a Junior Partner to join us as we roll up and expand Domino’s franchises.
Who You Are:

✅ 1+ years of experience operating, managing, or working in a Domino’s location

✅ Bachelor’s degree preferred

✅ Leadership experience preferred (but not required)

✅ Comfortable in all roles at a Domino’s store – from making pizzas to managing operations

✅ A self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset

✅ Private equity experience? That’s a plus, but not required

✅ Willing to be hands-on —you’ll be working in stores, not just behind a desk

• Partner with us to expand and operate multiple Domino’s franchises
• Work on-site in stores as needed to ensure operational excellence
• Help streamline, optimize, and scale franchise operations
• Be an integral part of a fast-moving, growth-focused team

This is a fully remote role (U.S.-based only), but you must be willing to visit and work within Domino’s locations when needed. Compensation is negotiable based on experience.
