JOB DETAILS

A leading provider of Large Format Additive Manufacturing (LFAM) technology is seeking a proactive and organized Warehouse and Operations Junior Specialist to join its expanding North American team. Based in the Austin facility, this is a hands-on role supporting daily warehouse operations, internal logistics, and inventory processes.

You’ll be responsible for:

Managing warehouse activities, including receiving, storing, picking, and preparing materials for use or shipment
Maintaining a clean, safe, and efficient warehouse environment
Monitoring inventory levels and updating stock information in internal systems
Coordinating shipments and documentation with logistics partners
Assisting the Operations team in improving facility workflows and supporting production tasks
Supporting purchasing follow-ups and supplier coordination

ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE

Experience in warehouse, logistics, or production support preferred
Familiarity with inventory tracking systems and warehouse tools (e.g. barcode scanners, Excel)
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude
Ability to work independently in a dynamic, fast-paced environment

QUALIFICATIONS

Education – High school diploma or technical qualification (e.g. logistics, mechanics, industrial operations)
Category B driving license required
Forklift license is a plus
