Responsibilities of Korean Bilingual Logistics Team Leader – Forklift operation PLUS
· Oversee the logistics operation of the warehouse, preparing and completing shipping according to schedule (load, pack, wrap, label, ship), receiving and processing warehouse stock products (pick, unload, label, store)
· Manage warehouse workers and ensure adherence to rules and workplace policies
· Monitor inventory and ensure deliveries are made on time
· Communicate with vendors regards contracts, shipments and etc.
· Communicate with customers directly to respond to their needs
· Build and maintain a professional relationship with team member for effective communication
· Manage employee’s schedule
· Other duties as assigned
Qualifications of Korean Bilingual Logistics Team Leader – Forklift operation PLUS
· 3-4 years of experience in warehouse operation supervisory experience
· 2+ years of forklift operation experience
· High school diploma
· Strong leadership skills in a team environment and skills to bring a positive atmosphere to the team
· Ability to be flexible to work effectively with a wide variety of people and to work responsibly and effectively in a multicultural environment
· Business-level in both Korean and English language skills (Reading, Speaking, Listening, Writing)
· Ability to multi-task and perform duties time efficiently
· Team-worker, Detail-oriented, Responsible, Punctual, Self-motivated
· Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel
· While performing the duties of this job you may be required to intermittently sit, stand, walk, lift up to 75 pounds, lift in excess of 75 pounds with a lift assist, climb stairs, use hands to handle or feel parts/equipment, reach with hands. This position is required to work in a manufacturing environment facility. When in the plant, the worker is frequently exposed to moving mechanical parts. The noise level in the work environment is usually loud. Hard hats, steel toe safety shoes, and safety glasses are required in all production areas.
