Location: Monaca, PA (Onsite)

Compensation: $50K-$78K per year (DOE + Bonus Opportunities)

Your Role: What You’ll Be Doing

• Lead carpentry crews on decks, basements, bathrooms, and roofing projects
• Ensure top-quality craftsmanship, safety, and project deadlines are met
• Coordinate with inspectors, designers, engineers, and clients
• Mentor and motivate team members to maintain efficiency and organization

Minimum Requirements

• Proven experience leading construction crews
• Knowledge of residential construction methods, tools, and materials
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Valid driver’s license with an insurable driving record
• Reside within 45 minutes of Monaca, PA
• Willing to undergo background and drug screening

Compensation & Schedule

• Earnings: $50K-$78K per year (DOE + bonus opportunities)
• Benefits: Paid time off, training and development, future company vehicle eligibility
• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:00 PM (optional weekend work available)
