We are looking for a Licensed Service Plumber for our Tinley Park location who shares our commitment to customer satisfaction and views this opportunity not just as a job but as a long-term career. Our Licensed Service Plumbers are responsible for diagnosing and repairing residential plumbing systems and guiding customers to informed and confident buying decisions.

Job Responsibilities  

• Run on average 4-5 residential service calls daily 
• Accurately troubleshoot, diagnose and repair residential plumbing equipment
• Present tailored solutions that align with each customer’s needs
• Deliver 5-star service while maintaining a professional, courteous, and authentic demeanor
• Maintain consistent and clear communication with team members
• Participate in ongoing training to support professional growth and skill development
• Keep company vehicle clean and organized, both inside and out
• Maintain a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record 

Pay and Benefits  

• Pay: Potential Earnings: $70,000 - $150,000/annually (eligible for overtime over 40 hours/week) 
• Schedule: Monday - Friday

Requirements

• Plumbing License is required
• 3+ years of residential service plumbing is highly preferred
• Must be able to lift, carry, and move objects weighing up to 50 pounds or more, on an occasional basis, in compliance with OSHA manual handling guidelines.
• Regularly required to perform physically demanding tasks, including working in confined spaces, kneeling, squatting, crawling, and bending. 
• Everyone  is required to submit a pre-employment background check prior to start date.
