Logistics Assistant

We’re looking for a Logistics/ Carrier Sales Assistant to join our energetic team and help connect shippers with the right carriers to keep goods moving across the country. This is a growth-focused, entry-level role with a clear path to becoming a Carrier Sales Representative.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Track and trace shipments to ensure on-time delivery
• Build and maintain strong relationships with carriers and shippers
• Use logistics tools like DAT, Truckstop, and Macropoint to manage freight
• Help plan transportation routes and coordinate dispatch
• Communicate shipment updates and resolve any issues quickly
• Support our Carrier Sales and CSR teams with day-to-day operations
• Keep accurate records of freight activity and communications

What We’re Looking For:

• 1+ years of logistics, dispatching, or freight experience is a plus, but not required
• A natural problem-solver who stays calm under pressure
• Strong attention to detail – nothing gets past you
• Great communicator who enjoys working with people
• Comfortable learning new software and working with data
• Organized, reliable, and motivated to grow
