Applicants must have deep technical familiarity with in-home fiber installation and repair procedures, associated quality and testing standards, and industry standard key performance indicators (KPI).
Knowledge of outside plant FTTP and XGS PON architecture is preferred. Job responsibilities include use of tools, reports, and data sets to evaluate areas of subpar KPI performance, formulate and execute inspection plans, and ensure appropriate communications and follow-up activities are performed to improve quality, remove roadblocks, and improve overall KPI performance.
This position will participate on various calls with leadership, suppliers, and peers to communicate action plans, status, and improvement next steps. Must be comfortable presenting updates, reviewing reports and have the ability to convey status updates to executive leadership. Position with be principal driver of key KPI performance indices at the local market level, serve as single point of contact for technical and administrative support for Gigapower I&R contractors, intervene and follow-up on customer escalations as required, and support facility damage restoration coordination where required with appropriate statusing.
This role also serves as a key interface between I&R and local construction team to ensure quality issues impacting installations are resolved timely and cooperative efforts to partner to employ preventative measures to mitigate future occurrences employed. Will also be responsible for leveraging Salesforce, IQGeo and other tools to support and improve local performance.
Pay Range: $83,000 - $85,000 plus 9% annual bonus depending on experience. The specific compensation for this position will be determined by a number of factors, including the scope, complexity and location of the role as well as the cost of labor in the market; the skills, education, training, credentials and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment.
