Summary:

Trailer Bridge is a growing transportation and logistics company offering full-service supply chain solutions to shippers around the world. We are looking for a motivated, detail-oriented individual to join our growing marketing team to help amplify our brand, support outreach initiatives, and drive customer engagement. The ideal candidate enjoys a fast-paced environment and has a desire to learn and grow.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in developing and scheduling content for the company’s blog, social media channels, email marketing, company website and intranet.
• Support marketing campaigns aimed at driving business growth and customer engagement including workflow planning, material preparation, and measurement.
• Work alongside the Marketing Manager to coordinate the planning and logistics needed for the company’s participation in trade shows, events, and industry conferences.
• Assist in the preparation and management of marketing collateral such as brochures, sales slicks, sales presentations, case studies, and customer testimonials.
• Manage Trailer Bridge’s swag program, including product selection, internal and external order fulfillment, monitoring stock, and monthly reporting
• Track campaign performance metrics and assist in compiling monthly performance reports.
• Conduct basic market and competitor research to inform and support marketing and sales strategies.
• Support the team with brand consistency across all external and internal communications.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align marketing efforts with business needs and support with required internal communications.
• Perform administrative tasks related to marketing operations, including managing digital assets and supporting the marketing budget.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• 2-3 years of experience in business, marketing, or communications
• HubSpot experience preferred
• Experience in copywriting preferred
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Outstanding customer service and relationship-building skills
• Quick thinkers who make sound and efficient decisions
• Sharp attention to detail
• Energetic and positive attitude
