Victress Health and Wellness is hiring full-time, part-time, and PRN Medical Assistants at our Sidney, OH clinic. In this role, you will assist providers with patient care, prepare rooms, take vitals, support clinical workflows, and help ensure a peaceful, efficient experience for all patients. Candidates with phlebotomy skills will have added responsibility in supporting lab work. You will be part of a supportive team focused on communication, order, and personalized care.

Key responsibilities:

• Provide a warm, welcoming environment for patients
• Manage front desk operations including patient questions, scheduling, faxes, and check in/out
• Prepare exam rooms and assist with clinical procedures
• Record patient vitals and medical history accurately
• Perform blood draws and manage lab specimens (if phlebotomy certified)
• Communicate clearly with patients and team members
• Maintain a calm, organized, and mission-aligned environment

• Medical Assistant certification or relevant experience preferred
• Phlebotomy certification or training preferred
• Strong attention to detail and time management
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Calm, dependable, and service-oriented personality
• Comfortable in a faith-based, team-centered work environment
• Interest in functional medicine or whole-person healthcare is a plus
• Commitment to providing compassionate, high-quality patient care
