Job Description

We’re seeking compassionate, board-certified Music Therapists to join our home health and hospice team. In this role, you’ll bring the healing power of music directly to patients in their homes—helping them manage pain, express emotion, and enhance their overall quality of life through evidence-based, individualized music therapy sessions.

Responsibilities:

• Provide in-home music therapy sessions tailored to each patient’s physical, emotional, and cognitive needs
• Use singing, instrument play, songwriting, and music listening to support comfort, relaxation, and communication
• Collaborate with the care team to support patients and families in hospice and palliative settings
• Document sessions and patient progress per agency and regulatory guidelines

Qualifications:

• Board Certified Music Therapist (MT-BC)
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Music Therapy
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for home visits
• Prior experience in home health or hospice preferred but not required
• Internships available as well
