Job Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Onboarding and Training Coordinator to join our team. This role is responsible for guiding new franchise owners through their onboarding journey, ensuring they have the necessary knowledge and resources to successfully launch their businesses. The ideal candidate has experience in training, onboarding, and franchise operations, with a passion for helping others succeed.

Key Responsibilities
  • Onboarding New Franchise Owners: Lead the onboarding process, providing guidance and resources to ensure a smooth transition into the franchise system.
  • Training and Resource Support: Assist in the development and delivery of training materials, including virtual and in-person sessions, manuals, and e-learning modules.
  • Facilitation of Onboarding Sessions: Conduct webinars, and one-on-one sessions covering business operations, compliance, company policies, and best practices.
  • Continuous Support & Mentorship: Serve as a point of contact for new franchisees, offering ongoing coaching and troubleshooting assistance as they launch and grow their businesses.
  • Collaboration with Internal Teams: Work closely with corporate leadership, marketing, and operations teams to ensure onboarding materials remain relevant and effective.
  • Assessment & Reporting: Evaluate onboarding effectiveness through feedback surveys, assessments, and performance metrics to improve and refine the experience.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Education, Human Resources, or a related field (preferred)
  • 2+ years of experience in project management with a track record of success
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to develop engaging training materials and deliver them effectively
  • Experience with e-learning platforms and virtual training tools
  • Knowledge of franchising and business operations is a plus
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to travel occasionally for training sessions and franchisee support (as needed)
