Combining functional movement with high intensity interval training our 45-minute workouts are delivered by a talented team of certified personal trainers using cutting edge technology to deliver results for our members. There are no workouts to plan - the F45 Athletics and Peak Performance Department does it for you. As an F45 Trainer you will run group training sessions, assess member fitness levels, build a community that keeps our members coming back every day and promote the F45 brand throughout our market area.

F45 Trainer Key Responsibilities:

• Lead F45 group training classes delivering instruction in the F45 terminology
• Ensure members are performing exercises safely using correct form at all times and offering modifications as needed
• Promote an energetic environment, welcoming members by name
• Inspire members to fully utilize all F45 resources to achieve personal fitness goals
• Membership acquisition and retention including conducting referral/lead generation activities and related administration
• Setup the studio for specific functional training classes
• Ensure the studio is impeccably maintained

Key Attributes:

• Exceptional communication skills and the ability to develop strong relationships with clients
• Solid knowledge of biomechanics and exercise physiology
• Clearly motivated and passionate about health and fitness
• Reliable and punctual with excellent attention to detail
• Willingness to work flexible hours including early mornings, weekends and afternoons

Applicants must have:

• 1 year minimum experience as a personal fitness trainer or group fitness instructor
• Personal Training Certification through a nationally recognized organization
• Current CPR/AED/First Aid certification

Job Type: Part-time

Salary: $25 to $30 /hour

Pay may depend on skills and/or qualifications
