As the first point of contact for our partnered clients' patients, you’ll play a key role in creating a warm and welcoming experience. You’ll handle scheduling, patient intakes, insurance verifications, and appointment coordination , ensuring a smooth process for both patients and providers.
What You’ll Do:
✅ Greet and assist patients with a friendly, professional attitude
✅ Manage scheduling, patient intakes, and secure necessary documentation
✅ Verify insurance benefits and process payments
✅ Answer questions about our clinic and services
✅ Maintain a high level of organization and attention to detail
What We’re Looking For:
💡 Exceptional communication & interpersonal skills
💡 A friendly and positive attitude (bonus points for a great sense of humor!)
💡 Proficient computer and problem-solving skills
💡 Previous experience in a medical office is a plus!
