You'll support both my wife and I across everything: real estate deals, travel coordination, complex scheduling, vendor management, personal appointments, event planning, and more. Think of yourself as the central hub that makes our lives not just functional, but exceptional.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
Calendar & Communication Mastery: Protect our time, achieve inbox zero twice daily, coordinate schedules with zero errors, make us look good.
Travel & Logistics Excellence: Book flawless travel experiences, create comprehensive trip files, handle changes before we know about them, anticipate our needs.
Real Estate & Business Support: Coordinate with agents, attorneys, contractors; track critical deadlines; organize documentation; keep deals moving forward.
Life Management: Handle reservations, coordinate household vendors, gift purchasing, appointments, research major purchases—always with backup plans.
Project Coordination: Keep projects on track, be our liaison, handle invoicing/expenses, present solutions (not just problems—always bring 3 options).
WHAT YOU BRING
Experience: 3-5+ years supporting executives or high-net-worth individuals in fast-paced environments where details matter.
Skills: Expert with Google Workspace, outstanding written communication, quick learner with technology, exceptional organizational abilities.
What Really Matters: • Impeccable judgment and discretion • Unflappable under pressure with solutions-oriented mindset • Genuine care for doing things right • Emotional intelligence and ability to manage up effectively
Bonus: Real estate/property management experience, hospitality background, vendor network.
