Primary Care Physician (MD/DO) — Concierge or Functional & Integrative Medicine

We are recruiting a seasoned Primary Care Physician (MD/DO) to join a premium, relationship-focused clinical model that embraces two physician pathways:
Pathway 1 — Concierge Primary Care:
Physicians experienced in personalized, high-access medicine who want to practice with smaller patient panels, greater autonomy, and unhurried care .
Pathway 2 — Functional & Integrative Primary Care:
Physicians who practice root-cause, systems-based medicine , with advanced training or certification (e.g., IFM preferred ) and a strong preventive care mindset.
