• Recruit Top Talent : Source, evaluate, and place high-caliber marketing and creative professionals in full-time roles that align with client goals.
• Deliver Exceptional Service : Provide white-glove support to both clients and candidates, ensuring a seamless and positive experience.
• Lead with Insight : Stay ahead of industry trends and talent market shifts to offer consultative guidance and creative hiring strategies.
• Engage Locally : Represent our brand at industry events, trade associations, and community meetups to expand our presence and influence.

✅ What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree preferred – ideally in Marketing, Design, Communications, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in marketing, branding, advertising, public relations, or creative design — or proven success in permanent placement recruiting.
• Business development mindset – you’re energized by building pipelines, closing deals, and growing accounts.
• High sense of urgency – you move fast, stay organized, and never let opportunities slip through the cracks.
• Excellent communication skills – you know how to pitch, persuade, and build trust.
