This role is at the heart of our onboarding process—helping ensure every driver and Owner Operator we hire meets the highest standards.

You'll focus primarily on verifying employment history for new hires, ensuring all documentation is accurate, complete, and compliant with DOT regulations. Organization is your superpower, multitasking is second nature, and you know how to communicate clearly and professionally—whether by phone, email, or in writing.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead the charge on employment verifications for new driver hires—contacting previous employers, clinics, and drivers via phone and email to wrap up driver files and resolve any open items.
• Juggle multiple driver files at once , keeping everything organized and on track to meet weekly deadlines.
• Support the processing team by auditing and finalizing driver files (including 30-day hired reviews and compliance audits).
• Review background reports and apply FMCSA SMS information to ensure every driver file meets DOT and company standards.
• Scan, index, and maintain driver documents with precision and efficiency.
• Jump in on miscellaneous duties like file audits and special projects to keep the team rolling smoothly.
