We are seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to lead our team and oversee daily operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality management, exceptional leadership skills, and a commitment to delivering outstanding guest experiences.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring high service standards.
  • Lead, motivate, and mentor a diverse team of servers, bartenders, hosts, and support staff.
  • Monitor guest satisfaction and address concerns promptly.
  • Manage reservations, guest flow, and seating arrangements to optimize efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
  • Develop and implement operational procedures to improve guest experience.
  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with relevant teams for stock and product availability.
  • Assist with recruitment, training, and team development.
  • Create team schedules and manage labour costs.
  • Conduct regular staff meetings and training sessions.
  • Handle employee performance management, including feedback, evaluations, and disciplinary actions.
  • Work closely with management to develop strategies for increasing sales and improving efficiency.
  • Ensure seamless communication between the kitchen and front-of-house teams.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of three years of experience in a management role within a high-volume, upscale restaurant or hospitality environment.
  • Proven leadership abilities with a hands-on approach to managing teams and operations.
  • Strong understanding of restaurant operations, including inventory management, staff training, and guest service.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment while managing multiple tasks.
  • Financial acumen, including experience with budgeting, cost control, and payroll management.
  • Ability to maintain composure and professionalism in high-pressure situations.
  • Flexible schedule, including availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Knowledge of the Nikki Beach brand and local Miami Beach area is a plus.
  • Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus.
