Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Retail Store Manager role based in Durham, NC. The Retail Store Manager will oversee daily store operations, ensuring excellent customer experiences and driving overall store performance. Responsibilities include managing staff, optimizing store layout, maintaining inventory, and implementing effective retail loss-prevention measures. Additionally, the manager will focus on cultivating a welcoming environment that aligns with the company’s mission and supports its greater purpose.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service to provide exceptional experiences for all shoppers.
• Excellent Communication skills to effectively lead a team and engage with customers and the community.
• Proven experience in Store Management, including inventory control, team supervision, and daily operations.
• Knowledge of Retail Loss Prevention practices to protect inventory and ensure profitability.
• Ability to inspire and manage a team in alignment with the company’s mission-driven values.
• Organizational and problem-solving skills to ensure efficient and smooth store management.
• Prior experience in retail management is required.
