About the Role

A top national homebuilder is looking for a strong Sales Manager to lead 10-15 sales reps across 7-8 active communities in the Greenville market. This isn't just a management role - you'll be setting the tone, driving the strategy, and making sure your team hits goals and delivers results.

Key Responsibilities

• Leading, coaching, and developing a high-performing sales team
• Hitting (and hopefully exceeding) monthly and yearly sales targets
• Launching new communities, overseeing grand openings, and running onsite events
• Watching market trends and adjusting strategies as needed
• Making sure every buyer has a top-notch experience from start to close
• Working closely with leadership to keep sales aligned with division goals

Qualifications & Experience

• Solid experience managing a successful sales team
• Background in high-end sales - ideally homebuilding, tech, or multifamily
• Strong track record of sales performance - both individually and through your team
