Position Overview:

We are seeking a seasoned Project Manager (PM) or Senior Project Manager (Sr. PM) with a strong background in ERP systems, particularly in Demand Planning and Supply Chain Management modules. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading ERP improvement initiatives and possess the ability to drive projects forward with precision and clarity.

Required Qualifications:

• 7–10 years of overall project management experience, with 5–7 years specifically focused on ERP projects.
• Demonstrated experience in ERP improvements; candidates with prior implementation experience who are now focused on optimization and enhancement are also welcome.
• Hands-on experience with Demand Planning or Supply Chain Management modules (Supply Chain preferred).
• Strong understanding of ERP systems and their functional impact across business units.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and collaborate with stakeholders across business and IT.
• Excellent presentation skills; must be able to communicate clearly, build concise decks, and speak to key points effectively.
• Must be a proactive leader and driver, not an order taker.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with SAP, particularly within a highly regulated environment.
• Familiarity with Finance modules, especially Record-to-Report (R2R).
• Exposure to Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) is a plus, though not a primary focus.
• Consulting experience with firms such as Accenture or IBM is highly desirable.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

• Collaborate closely with a functional SAP SME and other stakeholders based in Lincolnshire, including operational business and IT teams.
• Facilitate requirements gathering, testing, and validation processes.
• Coordinate with a third-party development and testing team located in Asia.
• Occasionally engage with SAP stakeholders in Japan for alignment and updates.
