With over a decade of experience in acquiring, developing and managing all major property types in the United States, our client is one of the most successful real estate investment management companies in the region. They are looking for a motivated Analyst who will focus on asset management and acquisitions. What You'll Do: Strategic Asset Management: Develop and manage business plans, budgets, and financial models for existing assets, ensuring optimal performance and communication with partners. Acquisition & Disposition Analysis: Evaluate investment opportunities through comprehensive financial modeling, market studies, and due diligence, preparing compelling investment memoranda. Financial Expertise: Utilize advanced financial analysis and modeling skills (Argus, Excel) to forecast, reforecast, and track asset performance, providing regular updates to senior management. Collaborative Partnerships: Work closely with internal teams, partners, brokers, and legal counsel to negotiate agreements and drive successful transactions. Market Insight: Monitor and report on market trends and fundamentals, providing valuable insights for strategic decision-making. What You Bring: ~ B.A./B.S. in Finance, Real Estate, Economics, or related field. ~1-3 years of relevant real estate experience (investment banking/private equity experience considered). ~ Advanced financial modeling skills (Argus, Excel). ~ Strong analytical, communication, and organizational abilities. ~ A collaborative team player with a passion for real estate.
