The Client Partner position is a key role within the Customer Success team for North America, responsible for driving sales and business development strategies, and executive relationships for multiple strategic Energy and Utilities clients.
In this role, the Partner will be responsible to drive superior customer experience and revenue growth. The position also requires working with and leveraging corporate and internal digital groups. The individual will be responsible for establishing and maintaining relationships at the CXO level and creating a long-term strategic partnership within the portfolio of clients. The role shall be assisted by a team of practice managers who shall help create the customer experience and delivery excellence.
The Partner will act as a "trusted advisor" to his/her client and have a mix of strategic business and technology experience.
