Beacon Hill Legal is working with a privately held tech company in the Boston area in its search for a Senior Counsel who will be the face of the commercial contract function. Reporting to a VP level attorney, this person will be responsible for leading all aspects of revenue generating contracts (for example, Master Service Agreements, Enterprise License Agreements, Data Privacy Agreements, etc.) while working closely with Sales leadership and management across the business. This will be a highly visible role and there is a strong preference for this person to have prior management experience. This company is growing and there is a lot of room to grow in this role.
This position requires you to be in the office 3 days per week.
Candidates must have a J.D. from an accredited Law School, and have at least 5 years of relevant commercial experience.
