Our client is seeking a highly qualified Senior Developer. The selected candidate will be able to
communicate effectively (written/verbal), possess strong interpersonal skills, be self-motivated,
and be innovative in a fast-paced environment.
Location: College Park, MD or Herndon, VA/Hybrid
Pay: Pay Rate: $55 - $57hr Conversion Salary: $120K-$140K (depending on years of experience and education)
Clearance - Top secret/TS/SC (will be processed for a DOE-Q)
Tech Stack : ASP.NET, SQL, JAVA
12 month contract to perm
1 round of interviews: internal interview (more technical) (Onsite is preferred if not MS teams)
Required Qualifications and Skills:
• Developing solutions using Microsoft Platforms i.e., ASP.NET/JAVA, C#,
Oracle.
• Strong knowledge of public sector procurement regulations, policies, and
procedures, including government contracting practices, bidding processes, and
vendor management
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to understand
complex business requirements and design practical and efficient solutions
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively
engage with clients, stakeholders and team members at all levels
• Experience leading functional design workshops, conducting requirements
gathering sessions, and delivering presentations and demos to clients and
stakeholders
• Knowledge of Oracle.
• Mentors project staff and provide direction to accomplish project’s goals.
• Provides staff with technical directions, recommendations, or advice as needed.
• Makes presentations to groups and clients as required.
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Computer Science, Information
Technology, or related field.
• Active TS/SCI Clearance
