Summary:

G&E Partners is working with a Top 25 ENR General Contractor and Developer, who specialize in a variety of large ground-up commercial construction markets.

They're seeking a Senior Planning and Scheduling Manager to join their data center division in Louisiana, to lead large $200M+ data center campuses.

Responsibilities:

• Efficiently schedule and coordinate appointments, meetings, and events for the project.
• Utilize scheduling software to manage calendars and ensure accurate and up-to-date scheduling information.
• Must be fluent in Primavera P6 - anyone applicant who is not will not be looked at.
• Be able to hit the ground running with minimal job-specific training.
• Act as a liaison between clients, colleagues, and departments to confirm appointments and resolve scheduling conflicts.
• Maintain accurate records of appointments and meetings, entering relevant information into scheduling systems.
• Generate reports and analyze scheduling data to identify trends and make recommendations for process improvements.
• Be able to communicate effectively to stakeholders in regards to schedule changes and forward planning.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 12 years commercial construction experience, with 5 years minimum spent as a construction scheduler.
• Experience with projects upwards of $200M.
• Experience on data centers, or other high-tech projects preferred.
• Showing loyalty of service, with minimal job moves.
