Senior Strategy Analyst

Hybrid (3 Days Onsite in Coconut Grove, FL - 2 Days Remote)

About the Role:

Seeking a Senior Strategy Analyst to join a high-performing Strategy team focused on driving impactful, data-driven solutions. This is not a traditional finance role—it’s an opportunity to work on ad hoc strategy projects , collaborating with business units to solve unique business challenges. Reporting to the VP of Strategy and working closely with a manager and senior analyst, this position plays a key role in applying data to strategic decision-making and driving continuous improvement.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct complex financial analyses on business units, strategic initiatives, process improvements, and other key projects.
• Develop and deliver customized insights and recommendations to leadership in a concise and impactful manner.
• Build, maintain, and enhance monthly monitoring of critical business metrics.
• Use data to support a continuous improvement mindset , building business case scenarios and driving actionable results.
• Analyze industry trends, competitor benchmarks, and internal data to identify opportunities.
• Provide ad hoc reporting and analysis to address evolving business needs.

What We’re Looking For:

• Demonstrated experience analyzing large data sets for corporate strategy projects.
• Intellectual curiosity and resourcefulness—you're proactive and seek progress over perfection.
• A bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in financial/strategic planning and financial statement analysis.
• Advanced skills with business intelligence tools , data warehouses, and Excel .
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with an eye for detail.
• Financial acumen with a solid understanding of business processes such as sales, marketing, supply chain, and customer service.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to present insights effectively to all organizational levels.
• Proven ability to multitask, prioritize, and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Bonus Eligibility:

This role is bonus-eligible , with bonuses being 100% discretionary and based on individual performance.

Interview Process:

The hiring process includes 3–4 interview rounds to ensure a strong fit for the team and the role.
