Ascendo Resources is proud to partner with a premier provider of organic, 100% grass-fed beef in the search for a Shipping & Receiving Supervisor ! This is a full-time, on-site opportunity based in Pedricktown, NJ , offering a competitive salary of $70,000–$80,000 , a 10% annual bonus , and a comprehensive benefits package .

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of (standup) forklift experience in a warehouse environment required
• Bilingual in English/Spanish
• High School diploma or equivalent; Associate degree preferred
• Forklift Certification within 90 days of job entry date
• Ability to lift a maximum of 60 pounds
• Proven experience managing and leading a team in a warehouse or logistics setting
• Previous experience in the food and beverage industry is highly desirable

Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate inventory of raw materials, labels, and components
• Ensure timely picking, staging, and return of materials to prevent production delays
• Match labels with batch records and track new/discontinued items
• Utilize WMS and AFS systems to monitor inventory levels and stock accuracy
• Perform daily cycle counts and stock checks; report discrepancies to management
• Monitor burn rates, suggest order adjustments, and manage min/max levels
• Collaborate with Scheduling, Marketing, Procurement, and Warehouse teams
• Track and maintain inventory of backstock boxes, uniforms, and consumables
• Operate and maintain box machine; support with UPS/FedEx/vendor deliveries
• Maintain cleanliness of the Mezzanine and assist with facility upkeep
• Follow all safety protocols, SOPs, and GMP guidelines
• Perform additional tasks as assigned by Warehouse Management
