We are looking for a passionate and strategic Social Media Manager to elevate online presence, create compelling content, and build an engaged community around our clients' brands.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with business goals.
  • Create, curate, and manage engaging content across all social platforms (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, etc.).
  • Grow and nurture an online community, actively engaging with followers, responding to comments/messages, and fostering meaningful interactions.
  • Monitor social media trends, industry developments, and competitor activity to inform strategy.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure content aligns with brand identity and marketing campaigns.
  • Analyze performance metrics and generate reports to optimize content and engagement strategies.
  • Manage social media advertising campaigns to drive reach, engagement, and conversions.
  • Identify and work with influencers or brand ambassadors to expand brand visibility.
  • Stay updated on platform updates and emerging trends to keep the brand ahead of the curve.
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role, preferably in a growing brand environment.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing content creation, community management, and growth strategies.
  • Proficiency in social media analytics tools and scheduling platforms (e.g., Hootsuite, Sprout Social, Meta Business Suite).
  • Excellent copywriting, storytelling, and visual content skills.
  • Experience in influencer marketing and paid social campaigns is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Passion for building brands, engaging with online communities, and staying ahead of digital trends.
