Social Media Manager

Job Summary: We are seeking a creative and passionate Social Media Manager for a contract role in Charlotte, NC. This candidate will be responsible for creating and executing social media strategy that will drive engagement and strengthen brand identity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead all social media and content creation for the brand including strategy, content development, planning, publishing and reporting
• Assist the marketing team with prep and execution of in-house photoshoots and be the point person for social based content
• Create social media content calendar with original short form content (Instagram Reels, TikTok, etc.)
• Monitor social media activities and prepare regular reports on performance metrics
• Engage with influencers and manage partnerships to enhance brand reach

Qualifications:

• 4+ years of experience in social media and brand management
• Proven success in growing and engaging social media audiences
• Expertise in social media platforms and tools for reporting and analysis
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Proficiency with creative editing tools like Figma, Canva or Creative Suite
