Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Solar Operations/Production Manager located in Salinas, CA. The Solar Operations/Production Manager will oversee daily operations and production of solar installations. Day-to-day tasks include managing project timelines, ensuring quality control, coordinating with suppliers, and supervising installation teams.
