Key Responsibilities of the Speech Language Pathologist:

• Assess and treat patients with speech, language, voice, and swallowing disorders
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Provide therapy sessions and progress reports for patients
• Educate patients and families on strategies to improve communication and swallowing
• Document patient progress accurately in EMR systems
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and rehabilitation teams

Requirements:

• Licensed Speech Language Pathologist (required)
• 2+ years of clinical experience in speech-language pathology (required)
• Strong knowledge of speech, language, and swallowing disorders and therapy techniques
