Title: Supply Chain Analyst (BOM)

Location: Palo Alto, CA

Onsite: Monday - Friday, 9AM-6PM (PST)

Contract Duration: 11 Months

w2: $35-$45 per hour.

Job description

We are seeking to hire a detail-oriented Supply Chain Analyst to join its Procurement team. In this role, you will manage Bill of Materials (BOM) lists and ensure efficient delivery tracking.

The ideal candidate will have a high level of attention to detail and proven experience in procurement or supply chain management, ideally with a focus on BOM and delivery tracking.

As a Supply Chain Analyst, you'll:

• Manage and maintain BOM lists, ensuring all components are accurately listed and updated.
• Coordinate with suppliers to confirm order details and delivery schedules and resolve any discrepancies.
• Track deliveries and update internal systems to reflect the current status, ensuring timely and accurate information is available to stakeholders.
• Analyze delivery performance and report any issues or delays, proposing solutions to mitigate risks.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to update the latest information.
• Assist in the preparation of procurement reports and presentations for management.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives within the procurement process.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• Proven experience in procurement or supply chain management, with a focus on BOM and delivery tracking
• Experience utilizing Oracle ERP, Google applications, and MS Office tools
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Problem-solving mindset and ability to adapt to changing priorities

Nice-to-Have Skills:

• Bilingual in Japanese language (written, spoken)
