The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset and a passion for storytelling through data, utilizing Tableau's robust features to deliver high-quality visualizations. You will be expected to stay up to date with the latest Tableau functionalities and best practices, continuously exploring ways to enhance the user experience and improve data accessibility. In addition, you will assist in training team members and stakeholders on best practices in using Tableau and interpreting data visualizations. Your contributions will play a crucial role in advancing our organization's ability to leverage data strategically and make data-informed decisions across various departments.

• Design and develop interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau best practices.
• Work closely with business stakeholders to gather and define reporting requirements.
• Transform raw data into insightful, clear visualizations that drive business decisions.
• Perform data analysis to identify trends and patterns that can inform strategic initiatives.
• Optimize and tune Tableau reports for performance and user experience.
• Implement data governance standards to ensure data accuracy and consistency across visualizations.
• Provide training and support to stakeholders on utilizing Tableau effectively and interpreting dashboards.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Tableau Developer or in a similar data visualization role.
• Strong proficiency in Tableau Desktop and Tableau Server administration.
• Experience with SQL and relational databases for data extraction and manipulation.
• Familiarity with data warehousing concepts and ETL processes.
• Ability to understand complex data sets and translate them into meaningful visual representation.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively present findings to stakeholders.
