Talent Acquisition Specialist – Position Overview

We are looking for a driven and experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our client’s team. This key role is responsible for leading full-cycle recruitment efforts while fostering and maintaining strong partnerships with internal stakeholders and external clients. The ideal candidate is enthusiastic about sourcing top talent, passionate about professional development, and motivated to contribute to both individual and team achievements.

Responsibilities:

• Lead full-cycle recruitment efforts, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding high-quality candidates.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand team goals, role requirements, and workforce planning priorities.
• Use a variety of sourcing strategies—such as job boards, social media, referrals, and proactive outreach—to build strong candidate pipelines.
• Stay current with market trends, compensation data, and hiring best practices to support informed talent decisions.
• Continuously optimize recruitment processes and leverage tools and technology to enhance the candidate and hiring manager experience.
• Track and analyze key recruitment data to evaluate performance, identify bottlenecks, and drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
• Proven experience in full-cycle recruiting & relationship management
• Strong knowledge of talent acquisition strategies, best practices, and market trends.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to manage multiple clients and job requisitions in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS), recruitment software & CRM’s.
• Strong organizational skills with a results-driven mindset.
