Recruiter – Early Talent (Campus)

Position Summary:

Ecolab is seeking a motivated and organized Recruiter to support our Campus & Early Talent Recruiting team. In this contract role, you will contribute to a high-impact team focused on attracting, engaging, and hiring top student talent. This role includes full-cycle recruiting, event coordination, and collaboration with hiring leaders to drive a strong campus hiring experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with Campus Recruiting team to support fall recruiting efforts, interview scheduling, and candidate management
• Conduct candidate interviews and debrief sessions with hiring managers
• Extend offers and manage candidate communications
• Proactively source candidates via platforms like LinkedIn and Indeed
• Update and maintain applicant tracking system (Workday) and manage candidate pipelines
• Coordinate logistics and prepare materials for on-campus and virtual events
• Support employer branding and candidate engagement through platforms like Handshake and Phenom

Basic Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• 2+ years of experience in full-cycle recruiting
• Proficiency with Workday or a similar ATS
• Experience sourcing candidates via LinkedIn, Indeed, or similar platforms
• Strong communication and organizational skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
• Experience with campus or university recruiting
• Familiarity with Handshake and Phenom platforms
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment
• High level of professionalism and attention to detail
