Talent Acquisition Specialist – Miami, FL

Our client, a major publicly traded company, is looking for a Temporary Recruiter to support their fast-paced HR team in Miami. This role will focus on high-volume hiring and help drive the company’s recruiting efforts across departments.

What You’ll Do:

• Handle full-cycle recruiting from job posting to offer.
• Work closely with hiring managers to understand their needs.
• Source and screen candidates using tools like LinkedIn and job boards.
• Schedule interviews and keep the process moving smoothly.
• Track applicants in the company’s ATS.
• Ensure compliance with hiring laws and company policies.
• Support diversity hiring and employer branding efforts.

What We’re Looking For:

• Degree in Business or related field. Must understand accounting and finance
• 3+ years of corporate recruiting experience (big company/public company preferred).
• Ability to juggle multiple roles and meet deadlines.
• Strong sourcing and communication skills.
• Experience with ATS systems like Workday, iCIMS, or Greenhouse is a plus.
• A team player who can also work independently.
