Pay Range: $78 - $82/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Responsibilities:

• Team Focus: Technical Product Management team focused on building, growing, and creating internal construction design and network tools.
• Heavy meeting load—communicating with product and engineering teams.
• Must be able to context switch between technical discussions and cross-functional/divisional meetings.
• Expected to demo the tool they support to show a baseline understanding of what’s being launched (strong presentation skills are essential).
• Work with ECAF (Enterprise Capacity and Facilities)—collaborating with access engineers and stakeholders to align integration and tool usage across divisions.
• Participate in software platform consolidation efforts across three divisions, each of which has built its own tools.
• Involved in building out a homegrown tool called Sphere, which handles construction workflows.

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

• Key Skills: P2 or Primavera
• Telecom Background
• Smartsheets
• Strong communication, project planning, presentation/demonstration skills.
• P2, Salesforce, Sphere (internal construction workflow tool), Confluence (for documentation), Smartsheet (basic knowledge required) .
• Jira (nice to have) .
