JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Support the test and qualification of a battery charger program.
Execute Electrical Test Plan - Perform all qualification tests under guidance of a Senior EE; log data and ensure conformance to aerospace standards.
External Lab Coordination - Schedule units, transport fixtures/equipment, witness tests at third party labs, and review reports for accuracy.
Issue Diagnosis & Troubleshooting - Quickly isolate test failures to circuit level, work with design engineering on corrective actions, and document NCR/FRACA closures..
ATP Support (Secondary) - Assist in refining automated production ATPs and related fixtures as needed.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Associate"s degree in Electronics or equivalent
3 + years in an electronic test environment.
Demonstrated experience coordinating with outside labs for qualification testing
Strong hands on troubleshooting skills with scopes, DMMs, and data analysis tools.
Solid computer proficiency (Excel).
Able to read schematics, perform Class 3 solder/rework
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Proficiency with DO-160G or MIL-STD-461/704 setups
LabVIEW/Test Stand Automation
IPC-7711/7721 solder/repair certification
