Worksite Location: Maplewood, MN | onsite
Contract Duration: 1 Year from Start Date
Compensation: $24.00-$28.00 per hour

What you'll do as a Warehouse and Inventory Support Specialist:

Process customer orders by locating, pulling, and preparing items for shipment
Load and unload packages and arrange transportation of products
Unpack and stock items across multiple stockrooms
Monitor and maintain inventory levels, including performing inventory counts
Enter and verify product and shipping information in computer systems
Maintain accurate records of incoming and outgoing shipments
Follow documented processes to complete tasks and escalate issues as needed
Collaborate with team members to meet daily goals and resolve problems efficiently

What you’ll bring to the Warehouse and Inventory Support Specialist role:

Strong work ethic and ability to work effectively in a team environment
Experience in any customer service role
Good written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency with data entry and basic computer use
Ability to follow complex procedures and learn detailed processes
Experience entering transactions such as orders or billing
Basic data analysis skills, including working with Excel spreadsheets
High school diploma or GED
Must be comfortable working 100% onsite
