• Worksite Location: Maplewood, MN | onsite
• Contract Duration: 1 Year from Start Date
• Compensation: $24.00-$28.00 per hour

What you'll do as a Warehouse and Inventory Support Specialist:

• Process customer orders by locating, pulling, and preparing items for shipment
• Load and unload packages and arrange transportation of products
• Unpack and stock items across multiple stockrooms
• Monitor and maintain inventory levels, including performing inventory counts
• Enter and verify product and shipping information in computer systems
• Maintain accurate records of incoming and outgoing shipments
• Follow documented processes to complete tasks and escalate issues as needed
• Collaborate with team members to meet daily goals and resolve problems efficiently

What you’ll bring to the Warehouse and Inventory Support Specialist role:

• Strong work ethic and ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Experience in any customer service role
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency with data entry and basic computer use
• Ability to follow complex procedures and learn detailed processes
• Experience entering transactions such as orders or billing
• Basic data analysis skills, including working with Excel spreadsheets
• High school diploma or GED
• Must be comfortable working 100% onsite
