Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and organized Warehouse Manager to lead our distribution operations in Sandy, Utah. This role is critical in ensuring the smooth and timely receiving, processing, and fulfillment of merchandise for both direct-to-consumer (B2C) and retail store (B2B) channels.

The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in warehouse operations, with an added bonus if they’ve had experience managing wholesale shipments to retailers. You will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the warehouse team and ensuring merchandise is accurately and efficiently distributed to our eCommerce customers and 15 store locations across Utah, Arizona, Idaho, and Montana.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the full warehouse operation including receiving, processing, picking, packing, and shipping.
• Ensure timely and accurate shipments to:

Böhme retail stores (B2B)

Direct-to-consumer eCommerce customers (B2C)

Third-party wholesale partners (as applicable)

• Coordinate inbound freight and deliveries from vendors and manufacturers.
• Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts and reconciliation processes.
• Lead, coach, and motivate warehouse staff to meet performance goals.
• Implement and enforce safety protocols and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Work closely with cross-functional teams including buying, planning, and customer service to align inventory flow with business needs.
• Troubleshoot and resolve operational issues as they arise.
• Monitor KPIs and performance metrics related to fulfillment, inventory accuracy, and shipping timelines.

Qualifications:

• 3–5+ years of experience managing warehouse operations; retail, fashion industry or consumer products experience preferred.
• Experience shipping to retailers and managing B2B/wholesale fulfillment a strong plus.
• Knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) and shipping software.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
• Forklift certification a plus.
