The Associate Talent Acquisition Partner is primarily responsible for full life cycle talent acquisition activities that serve corporate requisitions and high volume functional areas, as well as Talent Acquisition team and candidate support functions. The focus is on proactive and timely execution of recruiting processes that reflect best practices along with candidate generation and hiring by performing the following main duties:
Required Education and/or Experience
Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) from a four-year college or university preferred; or 1 - 3 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Experience with full life-cycle corporate recruiting strongly preferred. JD Finish Line experience preferred.
Required Computer and/or Technical Skills
Should have intermediate to advanced knowledge and abilities with Google Suite applications and Microsoft Excel.
