Business Development Partner Account Manager Location Sunnyvale, CA (Lakewood area) :

In this role, you will be an integral part of our channel ecosystem's success! We are looking for a team member with a growth mindset who can maintain a positive relationship across all the various departments and teams in the organization and channel community. We are looking for someone with a driving force with a confirmed business development mentality, ambitious skills and steadfast passion that will help expand and grow their assigned Distribution Managed Partner revenue.

Responsibilities

  • Help partners move into strategic areas for Juniper in AI-Driven Enterprise, Cloud Ready Data Center, and Security portfolios.
  • Develop and drive incremental revenue with assigned channel partners and distributors.
  • Ability to demonstrate skills vital for win/win negotiation of issues with peers, distributors, and partners required.
  • The BD PAM will handle key partner activities including forecasting, quota attainment, sales training and enablement, sales/opportunity management, and compliance with certification requirements.
  • Co-Develop a business plan by aligning Partner strengths, Juniper end-to-end solutions, and key target markets.
  • Articulate strategies to owners, senior management, field sales and partner personnel. Develop relationships to obtain and develop leads that cultivate opportunities.
  • Work closely with Juniper regional sales teams to ensure proper Channel/Distributor engagement.
  • Coordinate regional sales operations, service, and marketing activities with local partners.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Provide reliable partner forecasts on a monthly, quarterly, and annual interval.
  • Ability to travel 50% of the time within assigned territory.
  • College degree and ability to learn networking technology.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Comfort with presenting to partners/distributors
  • Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office applications including Excel, PowerPoint, Word.
  • Familiar in Customer Relationship Management tools such as Salesforce.com.
  • Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced, and collaborative environment.
  • Must be located in the Western United States

Language Requirement:

Fluent in English. Spanish a plus.

Relocation is not available for this position.

Minimum Salary: $136,000.00

Maximum Salary:$195,500.00

The pay range for this position is expected to be between $136,000.00 and $195,500.00/year; however, the base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position also includes medical benefits, 401(k) eligibility, vacation, sick time, and parental leave. Additional details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.

If hired, employee will be in an “at-will position” and the Company reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other payment or compensation program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, Company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.

Juniper's pay range data is provided in accordance with local state pay transparency regulations. Juniper may post different minimum wage ranges for permanent residency petitions pursuant to US Department of Labor requirements.
