Job Description

We are looking for a Business Development Specialist to manage and expand client experiences in Miami, FL. This role is ideal for a highly organized, client-focused individual who excels at relationship management, product development, and delivering premium experiences.

Day to Day

Client Engagement & Relationship Management:

  • Work with a warm book of business - clients who have already expressed interest in their services.
  • Contact clients to understand specific interests and learn about their needs.
  • Develop long-term relationships with corporate clients and industry partners.

Product & Experience Development:

  • Design tailored, high-end experiences around sporting events, entertainment shows, and VIP meet-and-greets with clients.
  • Manage the integration of their technology services into each experience, such as unique video content, custom ads, social media offerings, or specialized merchandise.

Pricing and Negotiations:

  • Structure and negotiate customized deals with clients based on their budget.
  • Develop tailored pricing models, partnership agreements, and service packages that maximize value for clients and internal teams.
  • Ensure clear communication of terms, deliverables, and expectations while maintaining profitability and exclusivity.

Operations Management:

  • Oversee seamless execution of each event package, from ticketing to VIP arrangements.
  • Coordinate with venue partners, sports personalities, celebrities, and hospitality services to create unique and unforgettable moments for clients.
  • Manage the distribution of merchandise, tech-enhanced products, and packages at events

Must Haves:

  • 3+ years in a sales or business development role.
  • Industry experience in sports, events management, luxury hospitality, or related.
  • Experience cold calling, setting meetings with clients, and driving business.
  • Experience working with high-end clients and providing customized services.
  • Great communication, interpersonal skills, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work with VIP clients, sports personalities, and maintain a high level of professionalism.
  • Tech-Savvy and innovative personality.
  • Comfortable working on weekends or in evenings if an event is scheduled (maybe 1-2 times per month).
  • US Passport and comfortable with occasional national AND international travel (for major events).

Compensation:

$60k to $70k per year annual salary.
